Canadian police have arrested and charged a man who allegedly exploited the Heartbleed bug to steal personal data, including social security numbers, from the Canada Revenue Agency’s website. The arrest comes two days after the CRA first revealed it had experienced a security breach resulting in the loss of taxpayer data.
