1 dead, 6 wounded after shooting at Denver motorcycle expo

One person is deceased and six more are wounded following a shooting and stabbing incident at a motorcycle expo in Denver Saturday afternoon, according to local authorities. Shots were fired and at least one person was stabbed around 12:48 p.m. local time at the Colorado Motorcycle Expo at the National Western Complex, Raquel Lopez, a police spokesperson, said during an afternoon press conference. Although no one has yet been taken into custody, at least one person is being questioned by police, she said. Witnesses told local reporters they saw a large group of people fighting and some running down a set of stairs. Authorities are not releasing details about the brawl nor information about what may have caused it as of yet.
